James Bond’s affinity for the finer things in life has remained a constant across the years of adventures. An Aston Martin Miami condo might just be the next posh asset to his list.
After just revealing luxury speed boats, the British sportscar company has now partnered with global property developer. G and G Business Developments, owned by Argentina’s prominent Coto family, are venturing with Aston into an exclusive waterfront project in Miami.
The 66-story building, called the Aston Martin Residences, plans to house 390 high-end apartments. It will boast Aston Martin-designed interiors. The automakers branding will touch the door handles, colour palettes, and will make its way down to the stitching style. Other signature materials will also include polished wood, supple tan leather and carbon fibre.
The signature features will also extend to the building’s common areas and amenities, including two private foyers with custom reception desks, a two-story fitness centre, and a full-service spa. According to project plans, the building will also have an infinity pool on the 55th floor, a screening room, British club, a yacht marina, a micro-cinema, a children’s room, and an art gallery.
Even though somewhat expected, the tower will not have any obvious ‘car-specific’ amenities such as vehicle showrooms or vehicle elevators. Instead, they will incorporate Aston Martin’s DNA through subtle details and fine craftsmanship, with an emphasis on comfort.
Apartments will range from one- to four-bedrooms, seven penthouses, and a duplex penthouse. All of which will enjoy private pools and spacious terraces. The project is expected to begin this year and be completed by 2021.
